Mr. Xie graduated from Ji Mei University, majoring in marine engineering, and obtained Bachelor’s Degree in 1998. After graduation, Mr. Xie was engaged in ocean shipping transportation and qualified as a second engineer in China Shipping (Group) Company. Thereafter, Mr. Xie worked as a field operator and was engaged in the management of vessels in China Traffic Tianjin Channel Bureau. Mr. Xie has obtained Insurance Assessor Certificate. Mr. Xie is experienced in engine management, surveys and inspections on vessels and cargoes. From 2008, Mr. Xie has been working as a surveyor and adjuster in HSA.
