Mr. Zou graduated from Ji Mei University, majoring in Maritime Navigation and obtained Bachelor’s Degree. Since graduation, Mr. Zou worked in Singapore Yumin Shipping Company for 5 years and served as first officer. From 2008 to 2010 he worked in HSA as surveyor and adjuster. From 2010 to 2011, he served in the Qingdao Maritime Bureau. He got commodity inspection appraisal certificate while he worked as the surveyor and adjuster of CNINSURE INC. Guangzhou Office. Mr. Zou rejoined HSA in 2012.
