Mr. Zhu graduated from Dalian Maritime University, majoring in marine engineering, and obtained engineering Bachelor’s Degree in 1992. From 1992 to 2000, he served in Hong Kong Ocean Shipping Company and got promotion from intern to second engineer and got familiar to mechanical equipment on ship. From 2002 to 2008, Mr. Zhu was the executive director of Guangzhou Liheng Surveyors and Adjusters Company, which was established by Mr. Zhu as well. During that time he processed quantity cases of adjustment relating maritime. From 2012, Mr. Zhu has been working as a surveyor and adjuster in HSA.
