(HSA) currently possesses these major business departments: Marine Surveying Department, Property Surveying Department, Foreign Surveying Department and Business Developing Department. With objectiveness, impartiality, promptness and accuracy as the business principles, our business scope includes but is not limited to:

1. Vessel Inspection   

Vessel damage survey, machinery damage survey, vessel seaworthiness and condition survey and vessel value assessment.

2. Commodity Inspection / Identification

Inspection/identification on quality, specification, quantity, weight, packaging and mark of import and export cargo and domestic cargo, inspection/identification on damaged cargo, supervision on cargo loading/ discharging and cargo transportation.

3. Container Inspection / Identification

Inspection on cargo-worthiness of containers, inspection/identification on damage to containers.

4. Property Damage Inspection

Survey and identification on the cause and extent of damaged property, settlement of claims for losses.

5. Consulting Service on Maritime and Insurance Affairs
