Mr. Xie, majoring in engine management, graduated fromGuangzhouMaritimeCollegeand gained certificate of College English Test Grade 4 during college. After graduation, he worked as engineer aboard vessels owned by Guangzhou Ocean Shipping Company. Mr Xie gained Certificate for second Engineer. From 2005, Mr. Xie has been working as a surveyor and adjuster in HSA. Mr. Xie has obtained Insurance Assessor Certificate in 2006. Mr. Xie is experienced in management of engine room and survey and adjustment of vessels and cargoes, and has a good command of English.
