Zhao Xin Jiang
Mr. Zhao graduated fromDalianMaritimeUniversityin 1977, majoring in maritime navigation. Mr. Zhao has served successively as second mate on ocean vessel, the chief of maritime section and maritime affairs section and insurance and indemnity section, and also a senior engineer in Guangzhou Sea-Transport Administration Bureau, Guangzhou Maritime Transport Group Co. and Zhonghai Freighter Company. During the time, he directed and participated in dealing quite amount of insurance perils of marine, machine and cargo. Thus he has expertise in conducting maritime business of marine survey and dealing with ship-collision, also the insurance claim business of ocean vessel, familiar with the vessel management and maritime transport business.
Mr. Zhao has published various papers in relating professional academic journals. Marine Insurance and Claims in Practice is published under his auspices of editor. He earns the titles of senior engineer of maritime business, visiting professor ofShanghaiMaritimeUniversity, maritime judicial authenticator ofSouthChinaJudicialAuthenticationCenter, experts in Committee of Maritime Experts under Maritime Safety Administration ofGuangdong.
Mr. Zhao has been working as the expert / technical director of HSA.
