Mr. Xu graduated fromDalianMaritimeUniversityin 1996, majoring in Navigation. After graduation, he engaged in sea-going ships transportation for COSCO Hong Kong and worked up to be a Chief Officer. From June 2007 to December 2013, he was a surveyor and adjuster respectively in Haizheng Surveyors & Adjusters Co., Ltd. and Balance Cargo Control and Survey Ltd. As an experienced surveyor/adjuster in ship & cargo inspection/adjustment as follows: ship damage survey, cargo damage survey/assessment, cargo pre-loading and discharging survey, On/Off-hire bunker survey, draft survey, container survey/evaluation, services on maritime affairs and insurance consultation. Mr. Xu works as surveyor and adjuster in HSA since 2014.
