Han Jun Ming
From 1990 to 1993，majoring in Marine Radio Communication Engineering in Wuhan University of Water Transportation Engineering. In 1998, Mr. Han studied in Shanghai Maritime University and obtained the GMDSS certificate. In 2000, Mr. Han studied in Shanghai Maritime University and obtained the 3rd officer certificate of Ocean-going vessel; in 2006, Mr. Han trained by CIRC and passed the examination of which he could take part in vessel survey, marine cargo survey and other property survey, etc., in connecting with insurance claims. From 1993 to 2000, jointed the COSCO group and served as a radio officer and GMDSS expert on ocean-going vessel and passed countless strict PSC inspections imposed by PSCO to radio equipments around the world. From 2000 to 2006, fulfilled 2nd officer’s duty and part-time in GMDSS onboard ocean-going vessels of COSCO group. From 2006 till now, 8 years of ship and cargo and property survey experience in Haizheng Marine Surveyors & Consultants Co., Ltd. and passed the examination authorized by China Insurance Regulatory Commission (CIRC) and had qualified to be surveyor/loss adjuster of marine accident, especially pertaining to the vessel hull damage, marine cargo damage, etc. Mr. Han works as surveyor and adjuster in HSA since 2014.
