Mr. Chen graduated from Guangdong Ocean University, majoring in marine engineering, and obtained engineering Bachelor’s Degree in 2009. After that he worked and promoted to Fourth Engineer in China shipping container lines co., LTD, in charge of maintaining ships’ engine equipment. Mr. Chen has got the insurance adjuster qualification certificate and been working as a surveyor and adjuster in HSA.
