Mr. Song graduated from Dalian Maritime University, majoring in marine engineering. He took logistics management as an elective course during college. And he obtained double degree both on marine engineering and logistics management. After graduation, Mr. Song worked in Qingdao International Shipping Management Co., Ltd as a third engineer. He also got the certificate of second engineer. Mr. Song was familiar to marine equipment and competent English communication skill. From 2012, he served in Brightoil Petroleum (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd as Loading Master. And he is familiar to the process of vessel inward and outward port, also the cargo handling operation. From 2013, Mr. Song has been working as a surveyor and adjuster in HSA.
