Mr. Hong graduated from Dalian Maritime University, majoring in marine engineering, gained certificate of College English Test Grade 4 during college and obtained Bachelor’s Degree in 2010. After graduation, Mr. Hong was engaged in ocean shipping transportation and qualified as a fourth engineer in GUANG ZHOU HAI SHUN SHIPPING Company. Thereafter, Mr. Hong was engaged in the engine management of vessels in Shenzhen HOPELAND Company. Mr. Hong is not only experienced in engine management, surveys and inspections to vessels and cargo，but also proficient in Marine Engineering English. From 2013, Mr. Hong has been working as a surveyor and adjuster in HSA.
