Hu Yong Cheng
Mr. Hu, who majored in marine engineering, graduated from Marine Navigation College in Ji Mei University in 2006, and passed College English Test Grade 6. After graduation, Mr. He served as a engineer in Xiamen Port Holding Group Co. In 2008, Mr. Hu passed the National Judicial Test and obtained the Certificate of Legal Professional Qualification. In June 2009, passed the National Surveyor’s Qualification Test and gained the Surveyor’s Qualification Certificate. In July 2009, Mr. Hu joined Fujian Eversafe Insurance Surveyors & Loss Adjusters Co., Ltd., worked as a surveyor for Maritime Accidents, On/Off Hire Survey, Pre-entry Condition Survey, Draft Survey, Cargo Damage Survey etc. In Dec. 2009, passed the National Import and Export Commodity Inspection and Qualification Test and obtained the relevant certificate. In Oct. 2011, joined Yang & Lin Law Firm as a paralegal, contacted the process of most maritime case and participated in the previous site survey and the litigation, mediation process thereafter of part of the case.
After graduation, from the crew to marine surveyor / loss adjusters, and then to paralegal of handle maritime cases, in this process, Mr. Hu familiar with the international and domestic shipping practice, is experienced in survey and adjustment of vessels and cargoes, and also proficient in English. From June of 2013, Mr. Hu has been working as a surveyor and adjuster in HSA.
