Mr. Du graduated from Dalian Maritime University and from 2006 to 2010 he got education in nautical school of Singapore Polytechnic, majoring in navigation. He was awarded the certificate of COC3 by Singapore maritime bureau. After graduation, he served in Maersk Line company as third mate, in charge of daily operation of voyage and monitor the cargo load and unload, issuing cargo damage report and draught survey, assisting captain in inspections of PSC, FSC and so on. Mr. Du has excellent skill in English communication with people of variety nations. Mr. Du now has been working as a surveyor and adjuster in HSA.
